Description: "And so comes the close of one's stay amongst the primitive. A circle of reciprocation is necessary. What was given at the very beginning must be given afresh, at the end, lest they believe that your gifts were only gifted to lubricate your passage. Ask yourself this of your subject; to what does their heart quicken? What commodity, which arbitrary currency, puts a hex across all of them? To your advantage, it may be useless, chaff, as common as grains of sand; in this, the difference between men finds clear use. Picture the unlearned, kneeling at your feet, as you sprinkle grit over their heads, and they believe it a shower of gold, enough to keep them rich until the end of their days..."
